Facilitated Principles of Agreement
between a high technology client and six of the world's
largest automobile manufacturers to undertake a research
project surrounding gaseous hydrogen fuel systems
for fuel cell vehicles.
Provided Energy Management advice and
services to 14 regional and municipal governments.
Helped develop a $600 million plan
for BC Hydro's Power Smart program, Canada's leading
demand side management program amongst electrical
utilities.
Justified and managed the implementation
of Canada's first internet-based electric utility
billing and account information service.
Managed the prioritization of a large
electric utility's annual Capital Plan, from an original
request base of more than 1,200 projects worth $800
million.
Provided the Chief Financial Officer
of a large electric utility with funding approval
recommendations on more than 100 capital project requests,
each in excess of $100,000.
Developed cost of service pricing models
and provided (on-going) advice to municipal customers
for their water, sewer, garbage and recycling utilities.
Constructed business models and performed
valuation analysis for a numerous energy and environmental
technologies, including PCB destruction.
Provided advice and participated in
the negotiation of a long-term strategic partnership
between BC Hydro and one of the world's leading turbine
and generator manufacturers.
Evaluated the business case viability
of numerous electrical generating facilities, involving
different fuel stocks.
Developed a business and pricing model
and provided strategic advice for a large engineering
services business.
Developed pricing proposals to supply
hydrogen to several customers in both the public and
private sector.
Developed a strategy for a large customer
to extract greater value from the intellectual property
that was created through its internal R&D program.
