Dave Edwards,
P.Eng., MBA

Sustainable Strategies was founded in
2002 by Dave Edwards. Dave is a professional engineer
with a Masters in Business Administration. Dave has
more than 15 years experience in the energy, water and
transportation industries, spending time in both the
public and private sectors. Dave has undertaken engineering,
management and consulting roles at various times during
his career, often being challenged with high profile
and strategic assignments. Dave has frequently been
responsible for or consulted on multi-million dollar
projects. Since 1995 Dave has pursued several ventures
in the private sector, completing more than 200 consulting
assignments and generating more than $1.2 million in
revenue.
Graham Fane,
Dipl.Tech., BSA, MBA, CMA
Director of Facilitation & Training
Graham
has been part of the full-time faculty at Capilano College
in North Vancouver, B.C. since 1980 in the school of
business, teaching accounting, cost accounting, business
policy and strategic management. He has also maintained
a consulting practice in strategic management and training
since 1989, over which time more than 7,000 people from
13 organizations in Canada, Russia and Colombia have
attended his training sessions on Business Case Analysis,
Performance Measurement, Budgeting, Financial Management
and Capital Budgeting. Graham is also an accomplished
author, recently publishing "SAVI, A Model for
Management" with McGraw Hill, a book that introduces
a model for managing Strategic Planning, decision-making
and performance management, all in the context of a
triple bottom line perspective.

Principle, Tanner Corporate Advisory Services
Tremain has over 15 years of international
experience in the public sector, private sector, and
as an independent consultant to both. He currently offers
corporate advisory services to a wide range of clients
seeking to enhance corporate value. For 11 years he
lived and worked in the Far East identifying, negotiating,
and implementing complex international corporate transactions
including: start-ups; joint ventures; licensing arrangements;
acquisitions; divestitures, privatizations, asset monetizations,
delegated management outsourcing contracts, and Public
Private Partnerships (P3s). Mr. Tanner was formerly
appointed by the Government of Canada as the principal
advisor to the Government of Malaysia on structuring
joint ventures between Canadian and Malaysian companies.
Subsequently, while leading the Far East corporate development
activities of Compagnie Generale des Eaux/Vivendi Universal
from France and, thereafter, Azurix from the USA, he
identified, structured and implemented numerous multi-million
dollar offshore commercial transactions on both the
buy and sell side.
